ByHeartJewelry makes personalized jewelry: pet paw, name, initial and photo pieces, each made to order with the details you choose. The store is available in 15 languages and ships to 50 countries, 30 of them in Europe.

What We Make

• Pet jewelry: paw print bracelets, necklaces, rings and anklets with your pet's name. Paw designs take up to 8 paws.
• Name jewelry: name bracelets and necklaces, bar bracelets and necklaces, and multi-name necklaces.
• Initial jewelry: initial bracelets, initial necklaces and monogram pieces.
• Photo jewelry: photo projection bracelets and necklaces, photo lockets, photo bracelets and a photo keychain.

Names and initials are hand-engraved. Name and character limits vary by product and are shown on each product page.

• Free shipping on orders with 2 or more jewelry pieces. Gift boxes, the premium gift box and PrioPlus+ do not count as pieces. A single piece ships for a small shipping fee.
• Ships to 50 countries, 30 of them in Europe, with Standard or Priority shipping — both tracked and insured.
• PrioPlus+ add-on: your order is prioritized and ready for shipment up to 24 hours faster.
• Customs duties and import taxes are covered by ByHeartJewelry in every country.

Guarantee

• 2-year guarantee: if your piece arrives with a wrong personalization or wrong details, or your parcel is lost, we send you a new order completely free. Let us know within 72 hours of delivery; for a lost parcel you have 30 days.
• No returns for a change of mind. Every piece is personalized and made to order, so it is exempt from the EU right of withdrawal (Art. 16(c), Directive 2011/83/EU).
