ByHeartJewelry creates four core categories of personalized jewelry:

• Pet memorial & portrait jewelry — paw print bracelets, paw print necklaces, photo projection pendants featuring your pet's actual paw print or photo. Hand-engraved with pet name and dates if requested.
• Initial jewelry — engraved initial bracelets, initial necklaces and pendants with up to 8 letters or initials, perfect for family members, partners or self-gifting.
• Name jewelry — custom name bracelets, name necklaces, bar bracelets and dainty multi-name necklaces, engraved with up to 12 characters per name.
• Photo jewelry — photo projection bracelets, photo projection necklaces and stone bracelets with hidden photo features. Send any clear photo and our design team checks it before production.

Materials & Quality

All ByHeartJewelry pieces are crafted in stainless steel:

• Nickel-free and hypoallergenic — safe for sensitive skin, FDA-grade material.
• Waterproof — shower, pool and freshwater swimming are no problem. We recommend rinsing with fresh water after sea or chlorinated pool to preserve the shine.
• Tarnish-resistant — built to keep its shine over time, won't turn black or fade.
• 2-year warranty on every piece against tarnishing and material defects. Free replacement if a defect appears, with no need to return the original.

Personalization

Every piece is hand-engraved with the details you provide:

• Letters supported: standard Latin A–Z, a–z and numbers 0–9.
• Not supported: accents (é, à, ñ, ç), special characters (&, @, #, *), emoji, non-Latin alphabets (Cyrillic, Chinese, Arabic, Hebrew, Greek).
• Maximum characters: typically 12 per name field, varies by product.
• Production time: 1–3 business days for engraving after order placement.

Shipping & Customs

• Tracked shipping with insurance to 42 countries: full EU, US, Canada, UK, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand.
• Free shipping on orders with 2+ items. Standard shipping $4 USD on single-item orders. Priority shipping $10 USD available.
• Customs and import duties are 100% covered by ByHeartJewelry. What you paid at checkout is the final price — no surprise fees at delivery.
• Delivery time: typically 5–8 business days after production (so about 7–11 business days total from order to delivery, depending on country).
• Packaging: brand-neutral gift packaging, no invoice or price tag included — safe for gift-giving directly to the recipient.

Returns & Issues

• Personalized items are non-returnable (EU Article 16(c) exemption applies — bespoke items cannot be resold).
• Defective items are replaced for free — no extra cost, no need to return the original. Just send a photo and your order ID.
• Engraving error (wrong name, wrong spelling) — free replacement, full responsibility on us.
• Lost or damaged package — full refund or free re-shipment, no questions asked.
• For other return requests, our customer support team reviews case-by-case and can approve partial refunds.

Production takes 1–3 business days (handmade engraving). Shipping typically takes 5–8 business days. Total: around 7–11 business days from order to delivery.

Do I have to pay customs or import duties?

No — customs and import duties are 100% covered by ByHeartJewelry. The price you paid at checkout is the final price.

Can I send a photo from my phone for the photo projection necklace?

Yes — any clear photo from a smartphone works. Higher resolution is better but not required. Our design team checks every photo before production and reaches out if there are any issues.

Can I engrave a memorial date or rainbow bridge date for my pet?

Yes — we handle memorial and rainbow bridge orders with extra care. Send us the exact text (name + date) you would like and we will treat the engraving with the attention it deserves.

What if there is an error with my engraving?

We will send a free replacement with no extra cost and no need to return the original. Just send a photo and your order ID to our support team.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship tracked and insured to 42 countries across Europe, North America and Oceania. Customs and duties are 100% covered by us.

Is the jewelry sold without a price tag for gifting?

Yes — every shipment goes out in brand-neutral packaging with no invoice or price tag, safe for direct gifting to the recipient. You can add a gift note at checkout.
